Goodnews Christian Resource Centre ltd, 50 churchfield road Acton central W3 6DL presents:-

CHRISTIANITY APPLIED TO CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
Training days for Christians facing conflict.

Presenter: Maryla Scutt, a sensitive organisational psychologist who has dealt with much church conflict. Maryla has postgraduate degrees in both psychology and in HR training. She offers organisational behaviour and development consultancy as well as Myers-Briggs® team building. Her earlier fighting years now enable her to help others to stop fighting. Working on a doctoral dissertation in managing conflict.

WHAT? What is goodnews crc ltd. doing?  They are bringing 'Getsorted.org' training events to the Christian church across the UK, by teaming up their specialist learning resources with the training skills of C. I. T. Training.

WHY? 'Getsorted.org' Seminars are interactive teaching workshops purposely developed for life and relationship skills needed by organisations and individuals to deal with hostile criticism, resentment, blame or conflict, symptoms often revealing habitual attitude or behaviour problems.

HOW? In her original approach, Maryla Scutt applies thought to current behavioural communication skills practised in the resolution of disputes, noticing how the ancient Biblical Scriptures pre-date these practices. Especially inspiring for us is how a Biblical theology changes our way of relating and dealing with conflict.
